Transparency and Accountability

TESEV offers scientific, data-based policy recommendations to promote transparency —one of the fundamental principles of good governance in the management of public issues and resources. Within this framework, TESEV has been preparing the Turkey country report of International Transparent Budget Index as a partner of International Budget Partnership, since 2006. TESEV is also a member of the international SELDI network since 2012. On this subject, TESEV works towards the following goals:
⎯ Increasing global collaborations that will enhance the impact area of transparency.
⎯ Continuing annual international index studies in the field of budget transparency.
⎯ Continuing to support participation in the activities of the regional network on corruption and good governance.
