Open Budget Index

2006 - 2022

TESEV has been a partner of International Budget Partnership (IBP) since 2006. The Open Budget Index project, under the leadership of the IBP, aims to examine the budgeting processes at 115 countries, in accordance with internationally accepted budget transparency and accountability criteria through the cooperation of civil society and relevant public institutions and to create a transparent budget index. TESEV is the civil society partner of the Turkey questionnaire prepared for this purpose.
