TESEV prioritizes gender equality in all aspects of the following advocacy areas: democratization, adoption of good governance principles, development of inclusive policies through eliminating social inequalities, and promoting sustainable development. In the framework of gender equality, it provides evidence-based policy recommendations aimed to strengthen women’s participation in economic, social, and political life. TESEV pursues the following endeavors on this subject:
⎯ Generating data-driven policy suggestions to increase women’s participation in economic life.
⎯ Monitoring and evaluating the effects of public policies regarding women’s participation in economic, political and social life.
⎯ Developing data-based social gender policies and advocacy tools.
⎯ Publishing and spreading of new discussions in the field of gender studies.
⎯ Monitoring national and international gender equality initiatives while generating relevant policy recommendations.
