Tracking Inequalities for Improved Gender Equality Policies project aims at improving gender equality policy making in Turkey with the support of Consulate General of Sweden in Istanbul. The project aims at advancing gender equality policies for increased democratic participation of women and girls in economic, political and social life. The project aims to a) evaluate the data on primary areas that need increased gender equality, b) improve decision making processes in these areas for better gender equality policies and c) advocate for policy recommendations for better policies for women’s participation in economic, political and social life. The project brings together the data from different domains of inequality using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
