Recommendations for Democratic Local Climate Change Governance

The Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV) devised pilot solutions to strengthen data-driven decision-making processes and civic engagement processes within the framework of its Civic Engagement for Local Climate Change Governance project in partnership with Maltepe Municipality in the framework of Civic Engagement Small Grants Programme funded by the European Union. This policy brief presents the tools developed and piloted under the project for democratic local climate change governance and offers recommendations based on this experience.
