Gülay Atar

Gülay Atar (Director of Finance and Administration) received her BA in Economics from Black Sea Technical University and her MA degree in Local Governments and Decentralization at Marmara University. Before joining to TESEV  she worked as a finance specialist for seven years at Güneş Insurance Black Sea Regional Office and HSBC Bank Head Quarters. Ms. Atar joined to TESEV in August 2005 and is still the Director of Finance and Administration. gulay@tesev.org.tr
